Buckles Don't Lock in Seat Adjustment

The buckles that are on this stadium seat have no teeth on the buckles, so the back won't stay in place once adjusted to size preference. The only way I can use it is to tie knots in the straps and that's pretty unsat, IMO. I have provided REDCAMP with all of the purchasing information (bought from Amazon), included photos and videos upon request and they never replied back. At a total loss, I embarrassingly asked my husband to try and make the buckles work. He is an engineer and very mechanical - he determined it's a POS and that I should send it back.

I strapped it to the seat of a canoe for back support on long trips, and then used it at a campsite too, with great results and for a good price

I bought it as a gift for my friend. She thinks it is very practical and often takes it with her when she goes out to play

Very nice stadium seat

It's great for back pain, and it's a great tool to use when you're sitting on the floor watching a performance

This is great for those who like to get some support while reading or eating at the beach.
