All are guaranteed for 1 year post-purchase.
Though our gear is made REDCAMP, the sands of time come for us all in the end. Colors fade, fabric tears, poles snap or bend, and zippers malfunction. In the case that your damaged gear does not fall within the terms of this guarantee, we will provide replacement parts as applicable for a reasonable cost so you can love your gear longer and keep it out of the landfill.
Return&Refund Policy
Cancel Order
If the goods are not shipped, a full refund can be made. Refunds are not supported after the goods are sent. The website will process the order within 48 hours after the customer requests to cancel the order. After agreeing to cancel the order, the customer will receive a refund within one day
Return & Exchange
1. Conditions of return
(1) Return period: All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order; replacements must be made within 2 years of receipt of the order.
(2) Applicable circumstances for return and exchange:
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
– New, unused and in original condition;
–The problem of replacing the product is not man-made damage;
– Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.
– Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
2. The return process
Step 1: You must first contact us providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange with our contact form. we will process the return application within 48 hours and reply to the processing result
Step 2: After the customer receives the response of the processing result, send it back and tell us the tracking number
Step 3 (if exchange): After receives return goods, we will re-ship and update the tracking number

4. Shipping fee for return
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Redcamp are not held responsible for any lost returns.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
